1.
PROMOTION PERIOD: The
Promotion begins at 12:00:00 am ET on June 1, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59
pm ET
on
June 30,
2013 (the “Promotion Period”).
2.
PARTICIPATION: During the
Promotion Period, visit
any Walmart store and purchase four (4) of any of the following
participating
products during a single store visit: Nabisco RITZ Crackers, OREO
Cookies,
HONEY MAID Grahams,
HONEY MAID
GRAHAMFULS Filled Crackers, CHIPS AHOY!. Cookies,
CHEESE NIPS Crackers,
TRIDENT Gum, STRIDE
Gum, iD
Gum, or DENTYNE Gum (see list of participating products at
www.drvsusa.com/one). SUBMISSION:
Take
a
photograph of your Walmart receipt clearly detailing the four
qualifying
product purchases, date and time of
purchase
(must be during the Promotion Period), and total amount of transaction
purchase. All four qualifying
purchases
must be made in a single transaction and all four qualifying purchases
must
clearly appear on a single
Walmart
receipt. Text or email the photograph of the receipt to one@drvsusa.com
for
validation. Receipt submission
must take
place by 11:59:59 pm ET on July 30, 2013. Shortly after the receipt of
a
submission, participant will
receive a
text or email response confirming the submission has been received and
that it
is being reviewed.
Validation
of the submission can take up to 24 hours. Standard text & data
messaging
charges by wireless carrier
apply.

website to
get instructions/help. VALIDATION
RESULTS/REDEMPTION: If a
submission is deemed valid, participant
will
receive another text or email response and can enter the unique code in

response at the website
www.WM1D.com
to redeem the Award online. If a submission is deemed invalid,
participant will
receive a text or
email
indicating that the submission is invalid and not eligible for an award.
LIMITATIONS
There is
no limit to the number of
receipts that may be submitted; however each receipt submitted
must
detail
four qualifying purchases and the award is the same.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to
residents of the 50
Void where
prohibited.
4.
AWARD: Access to
One Direction’s
Spotify Playlist that includes the songs of other artists the One
Direction
band
likes to
listen to while on tour. You must have a Spotify account to access the
One
Direction Playlist and the songs
may only
be
streamed through 11:59:59 pm ET on July 31, 2013. If you have a free
Spotify
account you may only
stream the
One Direction Playlist on your desktop computer. If you have a paid
Spotify
account you may also stream
the One
Direction Playlist on your cellular phone. The One Direction Playlist
cannot be
downloaded.
5.
GENERAL TERMS: By
participating, you accept and
agree to these Terms, which shall be final in all matters. You
also agree
to hold Sponsor, Promotions.com, LLC, G2, TPG Rewards, Inc., Rockfish
Interactive Corporation, Spotify,
their
affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns (the
“Promotion Parties”)
harmless against any and all
claims and
liability arising out of use or redemption of an award. Promotion
Parties are
not responsible for lost or
late
entries or emails or text messages, or for technical, hardware or
software
malfunctions, lost or unavailable
network
connections, wireless service, or cellular tower or other connections,
or
failed, incorrect, inaccurate,
incomplete,
garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the
sender or by
any of the
equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in this promotion, or by any
human
error which may occur
in the
programming of this promotion. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion,
there is any
suspected evidence of tampering
with any
portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties compromise the
integrity
of the promotion, the Sponsor
reserves
the right to modify or terminate the promotion in a manner deemed
reasonable by
the Sponsor, at the
Sponsor’s
sole discretion. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a
potentially winning award recipient,
entries
made by cellular phone will be declared made by the name on the
cellular phone
account.
